Armed With Anger
Zine Index Page

AWA Homepage

After almost a two year break, here’s another issue of Armed With Anger Zine. Why the break? Especially after refusing to do another issue?! Well, after the last issue, I basically lost over £100 and together with the fact that I lost most of my enthusiasm towards the zine due to lack of feedback, general apathy, and with the record label rapidly consuming most of my free time, I didn’t believe it as being viable to continue. However, after the break I feel a little more refreshed and more enthusiastic towards doing the zine so here it is! Nevertheless, don’t expect to see future issues for a while, certainly not on a regular basis, since this zine is completely sporadic!

I feed doing a zine is basically a vehicle for communication and expression, therefore this is definitely more opinionated than ever, plus you’ll notice there are not any band interviews here. The reason for this is to be honest, I (unfortunately) feel there aren’t many bands around at ht moment who have much relevant things to say.

This issue is available for a donation, or for free. I’ve had enough of money actually limited the mode of communication. All the AWA project is ran on a not-for-profit basis and aims to invest any money that is actually made into other related projects, this zine being one. Therefore this time around, the record label has paid for the printing. There was obviously a limit as to the quantity of pages and the number of copies I could afford to have printed for this reason, which is why this is a little smaller than previous issues. Don’t complain, especially if you got this for free! Feedback is greatly appreciated as ever.
